All eyes go first to three delicate, brass ginkgo leaves on a glimmering, iridescent green background—a dazzling button created by master-craftsmen who hand-pressed the glass in antique iron molds in the Czech Republic. An ancient species, the ginkgo tree represents endurance, long life, and renewal. Suspended from another, inner chain: a hammered, antique Victorian brass button, circa 1870 to 1880. Ingeniously linked at the back of your neck, the two-in-one piece looks like two separate, exquisite necklaces, perfectly paired. Pendants: 1¼" and ½" dia; brass, glass. Chains: 18" and 15" long, with 4" extender and secure, lobster-claw clasp. Antiqued brass.
