Synopsis: Death stalks the fogbound streets of Victorian London. Young women are going missing. Horribly mutilated bodies are found floating in the Thames. And criminal gangs terrorize the innocent. At the heart of this tangled web sits the mysterious Li H’sen Chang, sorcerer and hypnotist, and his grotesque sidekick – the all-too-lifelike ventriloquist’s dummy, Mister Sin.

What can I say ?
What can I say ? I love the early stuff. It's amazing to see how far the show has come in the past 50 years.

In some ways it is
In some ways it is so dated, and the video tape format of the filming is like watching a rehearsal of a stage play, but still I love seeing Tom Baker as the Doctor. Still my favorite. Anyway, good gothic stuff. My twelve year old boys thought it was a bit slow but, you know they have been brought up on Pirates of The Carribian and The Avengers. It takes time for a good story to soak in and the following morning it was all they could talk about!

Great fun watching all the
Great fun watching all the extras included. of course the best is just enjoying Tom Baker as the Doctor. One of my favorite episodes. I like the new Doctors, they have all been good, but Tom Baker really seemed to enjoy himself. So we did too.
