I was really disappointed. I know that the regeneration scene exists, since I've seen it numerous times. But it isn't in the episode, since that segment has been reconstituted in animation. Sigh.

Doctor Who: The Tenth Planet
Really good story, a lot better than I thought it would be! I'm glad they finally animated the missing episode so we could properly see Hartnell's final story, and I hope they animate The Power Of The Daleks soon so we can see the other half of this regeneration. The special features were pretty good too, I especially liked the inclusion of the Tele-snap version of episode 4 from the original VHS release (even though I prefer the animated version). The only disappointment was that there was no commentary track for episode 4. Otherwise it was a really great DVD release, and I hope that the BBC keeps up the good work with restoring the missing episodes!
