This unique doormat looks just like the London train platforms & brings back nice memories of a couple of trips to the UK. It's great quality & I'll enjoy using it daily. Recommended.

Love this.
I bought this to have a little piece of the tube with me and I'm very pleased. The picture made it look like it was plastic and I didn't read the description. It's an outdoor mat but I don't care. It's in my room in front of the door and it looks great!!

Fond Memories
I purchased a similar mat as a new home/welcome back to the States gift for my daughter and son-in-law YEARS ago (different MINDTHEGAP design) and it held up well! They had lived in London for several years, and loved everything about the city. Well the old mat finally needed to be retired and my son-in-law was having a birthday...so there you go.
(it really is an extremely well made door mat & clever as well!)
& BBC Store customer service is extraordinaire!)

Memories
Every time I come in the house, it makes me smile and think of good times in GB. Very sturdy and does a good job. It's a little hard to read, but I know what it says. I bought one for a friend for her birthday, too.

Nothing like the photo
I was so disappointed. The picture shows crisply printed lines and vibrant colors. The mat I received had blurry printing, a yellow that looked like old dried up mustard, and the white was more the color of chocolate milk. Returned the next day.

Makes Me Smile Every Time!
When you ride the London underground, you are often warned to watch your step when there is a gap between the train and the platform. It is written on the platform, and there is usually a recorded announcement playing. This doormat reproduces the exact look of the written warning - enough so that every time I go through the door, I am reminded of all my wonderful London vacations. This one of the best items of its type I've ever purchased. Great fun!
