When Swedish woman Helena (Josefin Asplund, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) visits her troubled twin sister, Siri, at a beautiful but secure retreat in the Italian Alps, she wakes up the next day to find that Siri has vanished leaving Helena trapped inside. With everyone believing she is Siri, Helena quickly realizes the clinic is not what it seems to be and there’s more to her sister than she ever could have imagined.
